Do YOU Know Who You
Truly Are?

The answer is so simple, yet so hard to grasp.

Some have correctly said that the process to self-realization is like peeling an onion. Because, even though you could cut straight through to the onion's heart, most people do not have the capacity to drop away all the layers at once.

I know. I was there.

Dropping judgements, beliefs, and everything that is false was also a process for me, although a very quick one in the last couple of years.

Then finally comes the ego.

What to do about it?

It is nearly impossible to crush it into submission or kill it or whatever else we are told to do to it.

It has been said that in order to evolve we must embrace, include and outgrow all of our individual facets.

So, you see? It is not about trying to get rid of a part of us. It is about accepting it, loving it, and then growing beyond it.

Suppression leads to suffering.

So you ask, "Then what?"

Then you are free! Free to act according to the highest ideals you might hold in your heart. Free to help others achieve this freedom.

And that is what all of this is about. Evolving as individuals...to be totally free.
